About Me And My Commitment To You
 
 
 
I moved from Mexico to Canada, in 2004, to continue my post-secondary education. I graduated the Culinary Management Program at George Brown College Chef's School in 2008. Due to an accident a few years ago my options for employment in restaurant or hotel kitchens were very limited. I decided to persue my passion for cooking despite my disability, and My Everyday Chef planning stage started.
 
My Everyday Chef was created in the Fall of 2009. Since then I have been devoted to enhancing your well-being by offering you succulent and nutritious food, always fresh and never frozen, throughout the week.
 
 
I am committed to meeting and exceeding your needs for a balanced and delicious diet without the inconveniences of executing the usual dance of planning, shopping, cooking, and cleaning.
 
 
I prepare your food in a commercial kitchen following all the safety and health guidelines, and using only seasonal vegetables and fruits.
 
 
My Everyday Chef's purpose is to make your life easier one dinner at a time.
 
 
 
How does My Everyday Chef work?
 
 
You choose your meals from the menu which is updated every month. 
 
Your meals then get delivered right to your home or office twice a week to guarantee the freshness and quality of the food.
 
I am dedicated to providing you with dishes that will not change in flavor, texture, and nutritional value when you refrigerate them.
 
You will never have to freeze your food again!
 
Enjoy a delicious dinner every day without the usual hassles.
 
Low fat, vegetarian, low sodium…no problem. Any preferences or dietary requirements can be arranged.
